The founder of our worldwide organization, Energy Master Choa Kok Sui has developed a simple, yet super powerful meditation that "when practiced by a large number of people can also miraculously heal the entire earth, thereby making the earth more harmonious and more peaceful."

This meditation is called "The Meditation on Twin Hearts" and uses the "Prayer of St. Francis" to Bless and heal the earth. Actually, the meditation has a healing effect for the participant as well as healing the world. Every person has a physical body plus an energy body called the "Aura".

This aura gets dirty, damaged and contaminated throughout our daily life. Sometimes we even have cracks and holes in our outer aura which can explain why we are always tired, especially by the end of the day. If we have cracks and holes in our aura we are constantly loosing energy and can feel very tired and drained.

Through the practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts, our energy body and our internal condition is transformed. We use the Prayer of St. Francis...."Lord, make me an instrument of your peace...." and we become a channel of peace, a spiritual conductor and a channel of Divine Energy. When doing the Twin Hearts Meditation, Divine Energy radiates throughout your aura. Your body is filled with Divine Light, Divine Love and Divine Power. This Brilliant Divine Energy can heal.
